Last September I was kindly offered a place by Illamasqua and my University on the Illamasqua Retail Make-up Artistry Course. The course was led by trainers Clare Lille and Ross. The course is designed to help you learn the skills necessary to work as a retail makeup artist.
Day 1 of the course we learned how to prepare for interviews, hygiene and good etiquette and foundation matching.
Day 2 we quickly recapped what we had learned the day before and then went into learning makeup application including base, brows, eyes and lips.
Clare did a black lip demo on me which you can see below.
