(This video contains a mix of gifted and paid for products. It is not sponsered and all opinions are my own.)
This was my first time filming without contact lenses in which turned out to be pretty tricky! Next time I’ll be sure to put some in.

David Horne has created two wheels which contain a mixture of concealers and cream pigments to allow for skin sculpting and perfecting. GlamBase Wheel 1 is aimed at fair to medium skin tones and GlamBase Wheel 2 is aimed at medium to deep skin tones.

My new tutorial is up on my “alternative” Valentine’s Day look. I really like the green lip, but if you paired the eyes with a different lip colour this look would be really wearable if that’s something you prefer. Hope you enjoy the video. 🙂
What they say:
Inspired by the cult Asian market Beauty Balm creams, Skin Base Foundation is a brand new, refined formula unlike anything on the UK market. Easily blendable, it effortlessly creates a perfect complexion, and like the entire Illamasqua foundation range, is undetectable in a professional HD environment. Suitable for all skin types, it smoothes, softens and conditions your skin whilst providing natural, buildable coverage.
What I say:
Illamasqua Skin Base is hands down my favourite foundation. It was developed by David Horne, former Head of Product Development for Illamasqua. It has a medium coverage but can be sheered down or built up, and looks flawless in person as well as on HD. I would say it is suitable for most skin types, however if you’re very dry or very oily it may not work so well for you. It’s also worth noting that if you have any dehydrated patches then the pigment in it can cling to those, so make sure your skin is prepped well.
