A few weeks ago when at House of GlamDolls I had the pleasure of meeting Omayma Ramzy, a makeup and hair artist who has started to make her own lipsticks. I was looking through her range and she was kind enough to gift me with the shade I liked most!
The lipsticks come in a cute little package that includes the lipstick, a tag with the shade name on and a selection of sequins.
The shade I got is called Pop! The Cherry and it’s a bright cherry pink that looks more red in the bullet than how it transfers onto the skin.
The colour and texture are lovely and it lasts well on the lips. Here’s a shot of me wearing it.
As far as I’m aware the lipsticks aren’t available to buy yet, so be sure to follow her social media to keep up to date.
Neal is a 20 year old makeup artist residing in Falmouth, Cornwall. His influences include Greek mythology and Alexander McQueen (finding beauty in things usually perceived as ugly). He started doing makeup because he loved the idea of female empowerment, being able to allow a woman to feel great about herself.
Trixie Mattel (real name Brian Firkus) is a drag queen from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. who is currently taking part in RuPaul’s Drag Race season 7. Her style is over the top, unblended Barbie realness. She brings a fresh take on drag to the show that hasn’t been showcased before. Her look seems to be a very love it or hate it judging by the fans of Drag Race on social media but I personally love it and she’s in my top two favourites of season 7 so far.
It also doesn’t hurt that she’s gorgeous out of drag too!
