Brow powders

7

(l-r: Taupe, Brunette, Bark and Ebony)

The brow powders are all highly pigmented and have a great shade range allowing you to choose which will best suit your needs. Applied with an angled brush they can be used to create a soft natural brow or a full on defined brow.

Powder highlighters

8

(l-r: Starlight, Light and Haze)

I think Starlight might be perfect for me! It’s hard for me to find highlighters for my pale pink skin as they often show up or yellow or too dark but Starlight is a lovely white gold shimmer. It’s great that a matte shade is included as well as Haze which will work well on darker skin tones, making it a universal palette.

Shimmer eyeshadows

9

(l-r: Silverscreen, Delicate, Scarlet, Siren, Vamp and Heroine)

The shadows all have good pigmentation (Vamp could do with being a little stronger but it could come out differently on the eye) and a nice mix of warm and cool colours. Suitable for a range of skin tones.

Matte eyeshadows

10

(l-r: Pure, Demure, Allure and Jet)

These matte shades work will work perfectly along side the shimmers and I’m very impressed by how pigmented the black is, quite rare for a high street/drugstore brand.

Blushers

11

(l-r: Retro and Glamour)

I’m not a fan of wearing blush but these two shades are nice and allow you to opt for a more natural flush or a bold cheek.

Lipgloss

12

(l-r: Flapper, Dark Cherry, Power and Ruby)

These super pigmented glosses will help to finish off your vintage doll perfectly.

The Vintage Doll palette is £8 and available here.
